- Having seen the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia

- Having seen Royal Decree NS/RKT/0913/903 dated 24 September, 2013 on the appointment of the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia

- Having seen Royal Kram No. 02/NS/94 dated July 20, 1994 promulgating the law on the organization and functions of the Council of Ministers

- Having seen Royal Kram No. ChS/RKM/0397/01 dated 13 March, 1997 promulgating the labour law

- Having seen Royal Kram No. NS/RKM/0105/003 dated 17 January, 2005 promulgating law on the establishment of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training

- Having seen Sub-degree No. 283 ArnorKro.BK dated 14 November 2014 on the organization and functions of Ministry of labour and Vocational Training

- Having seen Sub Decree N. 47 ArnorKro.BK dated 11 May, 2006 on the appointment and functions of Labour Advisory Committee

- Having seen Prakas No. 068/14 KB/PrK dated 20 March 2013 on changing of composition of members of Labour Advisory Committee for its 8th mandate

- As per Prakas No. 097/14 K.B/PrK dated 22 April 2014 on establishment of Secretariat of Labour Advisory Committee

- As per necessity of the ministry

DECIDED

Article 1._ It is to change the composition of secretariat of Labour Advisory Committee as the followings:

Article 2._ This secretariat has the role and duties as the followings:

   - To coordinate in researching regarding minimum wage suitable for workers.

   - To propose a budget plan and activity plan for implementation of labour advisory committee

   - To make relations and cooperate with social partners and development partners

   - To coordinate with labor-related international organization and technical assistance

   - To organize and manage for relevant meetings

   - To take minute and report in meeting

   - Other tasks as assigned by chairman of labour advisory committee

Article 3._ In the event that the chairman is absent, a vice chairman shall manage tasks delegated by the chairman.

Article 4._ Any provisions contrary to this Prakas shall be abrogated.

Article 5._ Director of Cabinet, General Director of General Department of Administration and Finance, General Director of General Department of Labour, Director of National Employment Agency, Director of Department of Labour Inspection, Director of Department of Labour Dipute, Director of Department of Administration and Employee, Director of Department Finance and Public Property and persons in charge have duty to implement this Prakas from the date of this signature.
